WHERE"S MY BABY!?!

I had the cutest baby...

Dark hair, bright blue eyes....

Sweetes smile, ever!

       Then she started getting lighter hair, making silly faces, and moving all over the place!

On Friday,  I woke up and a one year old was in her crib!! How did that happen??

 It's a good thing that she keeps getting cuter and sweeter, or I might be really upset :)

We had special visitors for her special day! Grandma and Grandpa Thomas were here and we went to Solvang and looked around, ate, and did a little shopping of course!

 A Birthday Rainbow!

After dinner we had a little party for her! She thought it was pretty exciting :)

 She really loved the balloons, especially when grandma was throwing them to her!

Her birthday cake that I stayed up until 1am working on..didn't go over so well

She loves baby dolls so that's where the whole idea came from. I didn't predict the part where she loved them so much that she didn't want them mashed down into a messy cake. Oops!

She was happy once the baby was cleaned up and she pranced around the table eating the chocolate cake everyone else was eating

She was very excited about her presents!! It was so much fun watching her!

Her favorite things right now are baby dolls! She just loves them! But she pretty much wants to snuggle anything with a face :) and if she sees a pillow or a blanket on the ground, she'll stop whatever she is doing do go cuddle it!

Saylor is such a sweet addition to our family and we love watching her grow and learn and do new tricks for us! She has been walking for a few weeks now and it is so cute! 

She says a few words like, mommyyyyyyy and she holds it out for a while..

she'll say "guys" when she is looking for one of the kids, and she says "dad"

 and when we ask her a question she says "yeh"

She'll show us stuff and say "this" and she repeats a lot of little random things the kids say to her!

She has a silly little personality and if she does something that makes us laugh, she will keep doing it so that we keep laughing!

She loves to hug and she gives nice long hugs and pats our backs! She loves giving kisses and she kisses all of her toys. 

She still hasn't grown out of the putting everything in her mouth stage, but she has finally started to put edible things in her mouth! She especially likes cereal and beans!
